1. Service Description

MySDS Manager ("the Service") is a cloud-based Safety Data Sheet (SDS) document management tool operated by MySDS Manager ("we," "us," "our"). The Service allows businesses to scan, store, organize, and share Safety Data Sheets digitally, and generate compliance reports.

2. Not Legal or Safety Advice

The Service is a document management tool. It does not constitute legal, safety, or regulatory advice. While we strive to help you meet OSHA requirements, you are solely responsible for ensuring your workplace complies with all applicable laws and regulations. We recommend consulting with a qualified safety professional for compliance guidance specific to your business.

3. User Responsibilities

By using the Service, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials.
  • Ensure that the SDS data you upload or manage is accurate and current.
  • Maintain a valid subscription for paid features you use.
  • Not use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute the Service.

4. Subscription and Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly. Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel before the next billing date. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard — no cancellation fees apply. Upon cancellation, you retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

5. Free Plan

We offer a free plan with limited features. We reserve the right to modify the free plan limits at any time. Free plan accounts inactive for more than 12 months may be deleted after prior notice.

6. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all data you upload to the Service, including product information, SDS files, and organization details. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. You may export or delete your data at any time.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability. We will provide reasonable notice for planned downtime when possible.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, fail to pay applicable fees, or engage in activity that harms the Service or other users. Upon termination, you may request an export of your data within 30 days.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
